Role Summary/Purpose:

Exciting opportunity to obtain experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS), compensation, and benefits. As an HRIS Analyst, you will support the ongoing development and administration of Workday, our global HR system. In addition, you will provide analytic support on compensation and benefit processes as part of the broader Total Rewards team as needed. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated problem solver who is detail oriented.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to implement new or enhanced Workday functionality

  • Create custom reports and dashboards in Workday based on business requirements

  • Analyze business process performance and make recommendations for improvements

  • Provide escalated support related to system access and configuration

  • Troubleshoot integration data issues and work with technical team and key stakeholders to resolve

  • Support compensation and benefits projects as needed

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, math or science preferred

  • 1+ year relevant experience in a corporate environment

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Superior research skills

Desired Characteristics:

  • 1+ year experience with project management, HRIS, or compensation and benefits

  • Ability to understand and apply technical, legal and financial concepts

  • Ability to deal with complex problems and business situations

  • Advanced Excel Skills including VBA Macro

  • Ability to communicate with and influence all levels of the organization and drive change

  • Demonstrated successful experience working in a demanding, high performance work environment and team oriented culture

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • Effective 1-1-18, new hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a "consistently meets expectations" performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance requirement).

The salary range for this position is 48,500.00 - 96,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
