Our team is called People & Culture (P&C) instead of Human Resources because we are more than just your typical HR department - we're a lean and mean team of tenacious, trusted advisors who deliver world-class programs for the employees that are building Accolade into a great and enduring business.

We're looking for a talented HRIS Integrations Analyst who can roll up their sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will work directly with our HRIS team to manage the build and maintenance of integrations for our HR systems, identify and resolve issues, and support cross functional projects. This is an ideal role for a highly technical professional who takes initiative and wants to be part of a collaborative and ever-evolving team supporting a fast-growing company.

A day in the life…

  • Work with both internal and external contacts to design, build/update and test integration solutions for P&C related systems and data, primarily Workday.

  • Plan, gather and document stakeholder requirements including use cases and current/future state process flows with system touchpoints; leverage technical expertise to provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders based on requirements and system risks or limitations.

  • Build existing integration map and document details on current schedules and parameters.

  • Provide regular Workday production monitoring and support for all existing and future integrations.

  • Manage Workday service issues and error reports for inbound and outbound files, troubleshooting and working with/communicating to the stakeholders as needed.

  • Integration regression testing for new releases and enhancements.

  • Build reports of varying complexity, as well as formatted BIRT statements in Workday.

  • Participate in the analysis, design, and build of custom reports and dashboards in Workday.

  • Frequently provide status updates to HRIS Director on in-progress work items and projects.

What we are looking for…

  • Bachelor's degree in HRIS, IT/IS, MIS or equivalent combination of education/experience.

  • 3+ years experience using Workday integration tools: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Packaged Integrations (CCB, CCW), Document Transformation, and Workday Report Writer.

  • Experience working with external vendors defining and clarifying integration requirements and ensuring the integrity of HRIS data and security.

  • Broad understanding of the Workday platform (business objects, organizations, tenant setup, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Workday Security roles, models and domain security impacts.

  • Ability to write standard and advanced reports that include creating calculated fields.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Experience working across multiple facets of HR (such as Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, etc.).

  • You're a self-starter: You take initiative. You possess self-motivation and can work with little or no supervision. When you need support or guidance, you're not shy to ask.

  • You're flexible: You prefer a fast-paced and dynamic environment and are agile and comfortable enough to keep up as plans change and evolve. You have the ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions.

  • You're tech savvy: You have strong technical aptitude and an analytical mindset with ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues.

  • You're a multi-tasking machine: You've demonstrated the ability to balance and manage multiple shifting priorities with accuracy, efficiency, and in a timely manner.

While working in Accolade you will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Stock Options Purchase Programme

  • 5 weeks of paid vacation

  • 6 personal days per year (prorated start between Jan-June=6, July-December=3)

  • Card Gastro in value of 130 CZK per working day (without employee contribution)
