Responsibilities
Be a part of the team that leverages technology to facilitate a business strategy and improve Employee Experience. HRIS and Reporting serves Envoy's team members by ensuring our core HR Data system and its downstream interfaces are configured in a way that meet the current business need. This team also provides support by creating reports and dashboards capturing key Employee Data points, manages various employee related programs, business process improvements, and system implementations, monitors the integrity of Employee data within our core HR systems, and safeguards Employee Data assets by monitoring and provisioning system access.
The Specialist, HRIS & Reporting will serve as the subject matter expert for system access in 4 systems/sites: Employee Central, RosterApps, Sharepoint-Employee Services and Intelex-Employee Services. This includes all role-based permissions, access controls, audit findings. Provisioning access utilizing the established process and verifying proper approval channels were followed will be part of the daily tasks completed in this position. In addition, this role will serve as the primary developer for Mass Data Changes as they are received from the business. This role will also be responsible for maintaining documentation libraries on access policies, data privacy agreements, Sharepoint workflows, and other business processes. Although the primary responsibilities of this role will be to process access requests and mass data changes, this position is intended to be cross-functional to support other areas of the HRIS and Reporting team. At times this role will provide back-up support to the Reporting Analyst, HRIS Configuration Analyst, HRIS Project Manager and Organization Management Analyst. This role will be hybrid with 2-3 days in office per week after 2-3 weeks of training in office. There may be times where this role is required to work weekends or evenings, although not regularly. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with managers and business stakeholders to effectively document business processes related to HRIS and Reporting data security, data integrity, and reporting
Partnering with various business units to define solutions for business needs
Investigating and solutioning IT identified data discrepancies with downstream system impact
Ensuring that the appropriate infrastructure elements, such as documents, policy documents, manuals, logs, audits etc., are up to date and readily available
Manage and develop new specifications for standardized templates utilized in the Mass Data Change Process
Managing compliance and data integrity safeguards including access audits and pre/post Mass Data Change validation
Developing, designing, editing, and analyzing reports containing employee data
Monitoring changes in business/project requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools
Contributing to the development of test plans and test scripts as well as performing test execution as required
Assess customer problems to identify specific areas of concern and provide ideas for improvement

Requirements
Minimum Age: 18
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must work and communicate well with all levels of Management
Superb organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
Must possess the legal right to work in the United States
Position Preferances
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Economics or related business field, or an equivalent amount of relevant work experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, RosterApps, Employee Central, and Intelex
Aptitude for continuous process improvement
Experience in a cross functional role
Adapts easily to change and leads with a positive influence
Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed
Agility; capable of prioritizing and triaging in a production support environment.
Previous experience managing simultaneous projects
Previous experience handling and manipulating large data sets.
Previous experience in monitoring system accessibility
