Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to support both our Corporate Card Program and Contract Management Process.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in operations and coordination to:
Support the Purchasing Card and Corporate Card program administration:
Process applications and backend setup in Expense and Bank program admin platforms
Resolve transaction declines and related card usage issues
Assist with completing monthly delinquency reporting
Support the Contract Management administration:
Own and manage contract expiry and renewals; create reports for pending contract expirations
Track and report all contract related activities; create a variety of reports and other decision support
Help streamline contract preparation, approval and maintenance process
Additional ad hoc projects as assigned across all programs
The accomplished individual will possess...
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferably in Business Management, Finance, or Communications)
1-2 / 2-4 years of experience (Analyst / Sr. Analyst) with PCard and Corporate Card program administration and related technologies (Concur, various Bank program admin platforms (i.e. Bank of America "Works"))
Good training and user support/customer service skills
Great teamwork skills to work with other Company departments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong project management skills and results oriented
