About the role:

The Global Integrations Analyst will be responsible for integrating newly acquired businesses into the existing Shared Services organization's infrastructure and processes. The Global Integrations Analyst will assist in conducting due diligence on legacy systems and processes for newly acquired businesses, developing integration plans for post-merger integration and preparing the Shared Services

organization for any other new business requirements that result from these acquisitions. This role will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for optimization of existing processes and implementing these changes in coordination with the Finance organization.

The key objective of this position is to effectively manage and coordinate post-merger integration into WeWork's processes and identify efficiencies to promote scalable growth.


  • Create project plans for post-merger integrations

  • Conduct due diligence on the current state of Finance/Shared Services operations for M&A activity

  • Collaborate with the Business Process Optimization team and local Shared Services functional leads to define the future state support model for newly acquired businesses

  • Document the support model and workflows related to Shared Services functions for all M&A activity

  • Develop and conduct testing for all systems related updates related to post-merger integration

  • Coordinate with BPO Regional Managers and Analysts to enable seamless transition of ongoing operational support in new markets related to newly acquired businesses

  • Manage execution of M&A conversion activities across Shared Services and Finance

  • Communicate changes in processes to key stakeholders across the organization

  • Assist in defining and creating training documentation and updating any policy and procedure documents, when necessary

  • Liaise with Project Management team to identify and define system modifications to address ongoing issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred in Finance, Accounting or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance or Consulting

  • Demonstrates an ability to manage both internal and external customers

  • Experience using Cloud Based ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, NetSuite or SAP

  • Proficient in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese or another foreign language

  • Experience in issue management and troubleshooting

  • Ability to track and organize data

  • Desire to succeed in a data-driven, fast changing, and entrepreneurial environment

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, hyper-growth environment

Job Summary: This Reporting analyst role in the Global Financial Crimes Division of MUFG Bank, Ltd. ("GFCD") will report to the Execution Team Lead for the Governance and Oversight Team with the GFCD Project Management Office ("PMO"). The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for project management data consolidation, data quality reviews, data analysis and management reporting. This Analyst will provide support by collecting and analyzing data and reporting both detailed and summary results to multiple audiences throughout the organization. They will collaborate with various levels of management and internal Financial Crimes functional groups supported by the PMO. Major Responsibilities: * Manage and aggregate project management data and produce weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports in MS PowerPoint and Excel for presentation to senior management. * Perform thorough quality reviews on data and reports to ensure high quality deliverables. * Develop partnerships with stakeholders. Qualifications Qualifications: * Two plus years of professional work experience. * Experience in Financial Services, preferably in Financial Crimes Compliance or Risk Management areas a plus but not required. * Familiar with a variety of project management concepts, practices and procedures is a plus but not required. * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and Access is a plus but not required. * Attention to detail and quality is a must. * Excellent judgment and analytical skills. * Team-oriented approach to completing objectives. * Have significant experience taking raw data and translating it into senior level visually appealing presentations. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * BBA/BA/BS Degree required.
