Position Details:
PFG Customized is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Lebanon, TN.
This is a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

The Financial Analyst position will perform the following duties:
Produces in-depth analyses for review by management with recommendations and enhanced insight that will significantly influence overall business decision making.
Provide assistance and financial expertise for all planning processes (budgets, forecasts, etc.) including the creation and management of financial models and presentation templates.
Perform data mining and analysis in support of current operations and general business development
Create and maintain various reports including metrics, trend and results reporting.
Assist in automating manual tasks performed in analysis preparation wherever possible
Assist in developing short and long term goals and objectives, including cost saving initiatives
Leverage various reporting tools and analysis techniques to convert complex data into accurate and relevant information
Form strong interactive relationships with internal customers by listening, clarifying and responding effectively.
Special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business management.
One to three years' experience in financial analysis or a similar financial role
Preferred Qualifications
Finance degree preferred.
Three to five years of experience in a financial analysis role.
Excellent quantitative, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors and identify trends..
Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of the company to understand how decisions affect other areas.
Advanced Excel, Access, data management, and financial system skills.
Professional with a strong work ethic, self-starter, creative, organized, strategic, results driven and a demonstrated team player.
Advanced understanding of the business environment, in-depth understanding of the broader finance function and in-depth understanding of micro-economics.
Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt readily and easily to changes in priorities and business conditions.
