We are actively recruiting an Analyst to join our Corporate Finance Team reporting through the Head of Finance for U.S. Kidney Care. The team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting and analysis for our U.S. Kidney Care operations and DaVita strategic business initiatives as well as G&A expense management. Corporate Finance delivers strategic business insights to executives on key elements of the Company's operations and partners with management on the shorter-term needs of current business units/functional areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct creative financial & variance analysis around legacy spend to drive cost optimization insights in an effort to inform a bottoms up budgeting exercise

  • Own the financial planning & analysis for the Village's capital expenditure portfolio, interfacing with key business leaders across the enterprise to bring visibility and clarity to this envelope for our executive team

  • Provide customer support and communication to company management on standard reporting, custom reporting, special projects and company initiatives

  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support dialysis and ancillary operations as needed

  • Support special projects for the lane including structuring the work, managing the process, driving the right set of analyses and presenting the conclusions to leadership

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:

  • Interface with management across functions within the organization

  • Attend team meetings, phone conferences and training events as needed

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 1-3 years of experience in finance required, preferably with a top tier management consulting, investment banking or corporate finance operation

  • Healthcare background preferred

  • Complete proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and working knowledge in other MS Office products

  • Demonstrated ability to run data analyses with large data sets

  • Demonstrated ability to "think strategically" by blending data analysis with developing insights from the data

  • Strong understanding of business process with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reports and to deliver requested output timely and accurately

POSITION SUMMARY The Global Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for the financial consolidation, forecasting/budgeting, and integrity of the accounting, finance, systems, and financial reporting functions for the Platform made up of three business units around the world.
