Researches and analyses market, macro, and sector data.
Compiles and analyzes investor deal demand data and investor targeting.
Builds investor data base by investment type, strategy, and deal participation.
Reviews financial and legal documents for deal execution, including offering memoranda and placement facility agreements.
Participates in equity deal-related business and legal due diligence.
Communicates with institutional sales and trading on deal launches and execution.
Aggregates and analyses investor feedback from sales and trading.
Create presentations for market updates and pitches.
Ensures compliance with all policy, legal and federal regulations.
