WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an Analyst, E-Commerce Operations Inventory & Replenishment to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position is based out of our Moonachie, NJ facility and will support our Online E-Commerce Operations.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
Be the business lead/contact for all DTC Online inventory management functions including but not limited to replenishment, FIFO management, physical counts, reporting and batch management
Managing e-commerce order processes to ensure availability of all SKUs for direct-to-consumer (DTC) demand
Conduct regular analysis of inventory levels and trends to valid e-ate replenishment needs and optimize stock levels
Maintaining global internal consumables across all sites to allow for perfect order fulfilment
Creation and management of regular intercompany replenishment orders, including error resolution as required
Monitoring delivery status of replenishment orders to ensure timely shipping of warehouse team and receipt by e-commerce team.
Tracking inventory levels and devising replenishment plans for all SKUs.
Overseeing DTC inventory and replenishment of new product launches (NPLs).
Maintaining close communication with managers regarding inventory replenishment issues and processes
Managing daily stock tracker and relevant scorecards to reflect 'live'* inventory levels
Analyse data to manage low stock, OOS and fast selling products to maintain in stock rate
Manage damaged and expired stock from E-Commerce DCs
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and supply chain management is required
Experience in inventory/supply chain analysis, transportation or retail analysis is preferred
Prior experience or working knowledge of ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamic 365 and Salesforce is a strong asset
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs
Experienced working with transportation and supply chain management
