The Analyst, Directory Services and Federation is responsible for operational and project delivery within the Identity Management team. This is a technical analyst position, with expectations to have or grow into a detailed understanding of the tools and processes employed by Identity and Access Management services. The scope includes support of Active Directory, directory management, domain controller management, Multi-Factor Authentication, security, compliance, and other identity management capabilities. The Analyst will work with other team members with similar responsibilities to deliver services and engage with customers of these services to deliver efficient identity solutions.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting the Active Directory, domain controllers, and appropriate security tools
Maintaining domain controllers with proactive monitoring to prevent service interruption
Improving the health and reliability of the active directory environment
Ensuring compliance with information security policy
Creating and maintaining group policy (GPOs)
Integrating solutions into the corporate directory, including federations
Providing 24x7 on call support on a rotational basis
Administering physical, virtual servers and cloud services
Work with Single Sign on solutions
Use of Operational tools to ensure integrity of the environment
Provide support for Identity Management tool sets
Supporting multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Creating and updating technical documentation
Establishing disaster recovery and business continuity plans and participating in drills
Working with the business to troubleshoot related problems
Responding to security investigations and incidents
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2 or more years of IT experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Active Directory architecture and operational knowledge
Strong Active Directory and Directory Services knowledge including LDAP
Development experience using .NET or PowerShell
Knowledge of authorization and access management solutions including Kerberos, SAML, XACML, and NTLM
Knowledge of Public Key Cryptography Standards
Experience implementing custom schema extensions into Active Directory
Customer focused and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors, business groups, and other internal resources
Ability to multi-task provide guidance in a team environment and support internal and external customers
Self-motivated and self-directed to solve problems quickly and creatively
Proven relationship building with internal support groups, customers, and third parties
Ability to work through issues in a calm and organized manner
Ability to quickly recognize, isolate, and resolve technical problems
