Your day to day

The Analyst, Delivery Training will support the Global Delivery Solutions team in enabling our project managers to deliver projects efficiently and effectively, through the provision of consistent and easy-to-use processes and training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

  • Maintain the Delivery Database, to record colleagues who have received training

  • Maintain the Delivery Portal, adding announcements and updating templates / pages as necessary

  • Support the Manager, Methods and Training with the development and delivery of a clear and relevant training curriculum, targeted where necessary to address key capability gaps, and including remote and online training as appropriate

  • Provide a go-to service for in-flight delivery teams

  • Produce high quality communications to keep the Delivery community up to date on all developments.

  • Support coordination efforts for the Global Delivery Solutions team

What we need from you

Education - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, HR or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Critical Expertise, Experience and Skillset:

  • 2+ years progressive work experience in a corporate or hospitality environment

  • Experience with process management and/or training development or delivery; online training tool experience highly valued

  • Good problem solving skills and project management intrinsic

  • Genuinely collaborative : strong listening and emerging influential skills

  • Good level of communication skills (PowerPoint, Word) - good coach-ability

  • Prefer to have experience with CA PPM
