Job Description Summary

Responsible to perform financial analysis on commercial multifamily transactions. The position will also support brokers in the representation of our clients in the creation, packaging and marketing of multifamily properties.

Job Description

  • Create Broker Opinion of Values and Marketing Materials in Excel and InDesign as well as work closely with the Associate and Graphics team to schedule and meet deadlines.

  • Underwrite and evaluate the financial performances and trends of assets to prepare valuation analyses.

  • Perform extensive research, including but not limited to, reviewing and analyzing financial reports, studying comparable properties, collect information on the immediate area (demographics) and overall market. Present all findings to Broker in a concise form.

  • Compile location information on target markets, such as recent articles, job announcements, new development, etc. and update Broker frequently.

  • Communicate professionally to clients in the execution phase of the sales process (including assisting with Marketing Timelines, Scheduling Tours, Weekly Activity Reports, Due Diligence, Closing, etc.).

  • Answer financial questions to Prospective Purchasers via email as they review and assess the Marketing Materials for a particular opportunity.

  • Coordinate and monitor Due Diligence Process, including attending third party inspections, as needed.

  • Maintain owner database and track loan maturities for Business Development.

  • Additional various responsibilities to support Broker that will contribute to revenue growth in Raleigh.

They will have intimate knowledge of Varonis products and knowledge of other Security products, specifically SIEM products. They will develop expertise in security domains to build new/develop existing integrations. They will analyze and respond to threats, report on their impact, develop remediation capabilities, and educate both customers and employees. Responsibilities * Consult with customers to ensure that Varonis products are a major component in their Security Operations Center and Incident Response Methodologies. * Simultaneously drive revenue growth and the maturity of customer security programs * Integrate Varonis products with SIEM technologies. * Analyze both Varonis metadata streams and streams from other product for use in incident response. * Develop Security expertise in at least one domain (Network, Host, Windows, Cloud, Mobile, etc.) Qualifications * 1+ Years of working with Varonis * Experience with SIEM tools performing deployment, configuration, and maintaining operations, content development. * Experience with security tool administration (e.g. firewalls, IDS, end-point protection, content filtering, IAM, DLP). * Experience with operational information security disciplines (e.g. incident response, security infrastructure management or monitoring services). * Proven experience in Cyber Security Operations (Monitoring, Detection, Incident Response, Forensics). * Experience with a diverse range of customers including financial, manufacturing, chemical, healthcare, and state and local government. * Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. * Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. * Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
