The primary purpose of this role is to work with customers, IT and sales operations to define, recommend, and implement B2B/EDI solutions with our customer base. Service Engagement will project manage all new implementations of B2B/EDI transactions utilizing cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Customer Marketing, Finance, Logistics, etc.) within the company to ensure accuracy and business continuity. In addition, Service Engagement is responsible for daily maintenance and troubleshooting of all B2B/EDI transactions that they are assigned to by working closely with key stakeholders within the company.
BS/BA in Supply Chain Management or related field
B2B Experience and Knowledge - general and standards (ANSI X12,EDIFACT, EIAJ, RosettaNet)
Strong Communications skills - written and verbal
Analytical / problem solving skills
Computer Skills - Microsoft Office, Excel, data mining skills a plus
Ability to multi-task, strong time management skills
