We are hiring a Analyst-Business Operations to join our Home Health team! Full Time; 8:30am to 5:00pm The Business Operations Analyst has the responsibility and accountability for the total management of accounting and payroll procedures within the departments.# The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for the entry and preparation of journal entries, the processing of invoices for contracted services, maintenance of the contracts within the department, and payroll procedures.# The Business Operations Analyst plans, directs, organizes, and controls the budgetary functions of each department.# The Business Operations Analyst must be able to provide and understand the specific communication needs of patients, families, and visitors ranging in age from early adult to late adult.# The Business Operations Analyst has the responsibility and accountability for the Home Care division (Home Health, Home Hospice, and Hospice House) of finance.# The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for the month end and quarterly reports. # Education

#s License in good standing # Core Job Responsibilities Performs all responsibilities related to revenue, expenses, budget, positions and FTEs to ensure financial accountability for all cost center(s). Reviews reports bi-weekly. Reports documented variances to Administrator/Vice President monthly. Ensures that all employees are paid appropriately and correctly. Ensures that all employees# time and mileage is reported in UKG time and attendance system. Responsible for activities related to analysis of and expense management of the fleet car program. Responsible for communicating the organizational financial status to Leadership monthly. Financial Status of Department/Dashboard Regional Sharing Report Card Financial Presentation from Managers Meeting QAPI Meetings Assists with the preparation the operating and capital budget on an annual basis. Complies with all instructions and adheres to any time frames in the budget calendars or budget instructions. Reconciles revenue from source systems to the billing system and the general ledger. Ensures staff understands Medicare, Medicaid and any other regulations that impact department. Ensures compliance with charging and billing activity.
