Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Analyst, Business Intelligence! Responsible for designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions for cross functional reporting, analytics, targeted offers and automation. Assist CCL business units monitor and improve business performance with data driven and timely decision making using reporting, analytics and automation. Design and develop reports, dashboards, data models, data visualizations, automated scripts and programs. Guide and assist analysts in using BI team supported tools and solutions. Collaborate with IT to design data sources that meet reporting and analytical needs of business teams.

Essential Functions

  • Work with business users to review business processes and develop data and reporting requirements and target marketing requirements.

  • Create ad-hoc tools & queries, business analysis/models, dashboards and reports. Process and analyze large data sets and develop presentations of analysis, trends, metrics and results to management. Automate manual solutions developed by end users.

  • Provide guidance to analysts as well as leaders in business teams on accessing data and using BI tools.

  • Work with IT to design data sources that meet reporting and analytics needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics or Statistics preferred.

  • BI tool certification is a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience working in the Business Intelligence area or equivalent coursework.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly understand business processes, drivers and KPIs. Clear understanding of BI and Data Warehousing concepts. Clear understanding of dimensional data models and SQL, systems integration and automation.

  • 2+ years of developer experience with a BI tool or equivalent coursework. Tableau and SAS experience is a plus. 1+ years of experience with SQL and Databases or equivalent coursework. Experience with Web Analytics and Hadoop is a plus.
