Job Description:

Analyzes financial data pertaining to strategic ambulatory service projects. Assists in the strategies approved by Senior Management; as required, analyzes operations of various Ambulatory projects as well as vendor/consultant relationships as needed. Analyzes site performance metrics against business plan pro formas.


  • Prepares, analyzes, maintains and interprets statistical performance and quality data, and deriving conclusions as related to the ambulatory service projects. Collects, manages and analyzes data. Evaluates and interprets data, identifies trends and derives related conclusions. Analyzes complex processes and assists in developing recommendations and solutions through best practices.

  • Assists in business plans and analysis of financial feasibility in support of strategic growth projects

  • Analyzes economic data as required for new program or project development in support of maximizing Return on Investment/ Internal Rate of Return.

  • Analyzes implemented projects on a periodic basis and compares actual performance to pre-establish metrics and business plans.

  • Assists in the presentation of new business development activities, as assigned.

  • Works closely with operating business units, Ambulatory Services operations team and vendor/consultant relationships to grow business.

  • Responsible for maintaining proprietary databases including data integrity, timeliness of data input and accuracy of data.

  • Performs other duties, as required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, required.

  • Minimum of three (3) years related financial experience, required.

  • Maintains current knowledge of various state, federal and industrial standards and regulations.

  • Knowledge of departmental systems and procedures.

Duties include reviewing daily alerts, managing daily schedules, transmissions of all patients enrolled in remote monitoring websites, documentation, reporting and communicating with patients, team lead, clinical staff and the electrophysiology (EP) physicians to ensure appropriate coordination of care. Other duties may include Event Monitoring, TTM remote monitoring, maintaining remote equipment, patient education and instruction, and phone triage. As a Clinical Data Analyst you will coordinate the performance analysis, and design reports for use by clinicians and administrators and develop and validate operational information for clinical departments Responsibilities Include: * Serves as a liaison between business users and department to identify strategies for evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs), quality metrics, outcomes evaluation, population management studies, etc. * Analyzes current and future end-user needs to support and improve organizational operations. * Designs reports for use by clinicians and administrators. * Collaborates with clinical and IT staff to support defined business requirements. * Analyzes data and prepares data trend reports. * Maintains consistency and integrity of data collection and storage. * Interfaces data from Health System hospitals for reporting purposes; develops and analyses systems needed to obtain information or statistics vital to departmental operations. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Basic Sciences or related field, required. * Minimum of two (2) years progressively responsible related work experience, including knowledge of research methods, basic statistics, business intelligence applications, and data analysis. * Clinical/Healthcare experience, preferred. * Excellent analytical abilities and good problem solving skills, required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, required. * Experience with Cardiac Device is Highly Preferred.
