The A/R Cash Analyst is responsible for the timely application and reconciliation of customer daily cash receipts, as well as varied other assigned A/R support functions. This role also researches and resolves past due disputes, issues sales adjustments and return credits. Works closely with Pharmavite' s retailers, brokers, field sales and OSD team. The A/R Cash Analyst reports to directly to the A/R Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

• Daily application and reconciliation of customer cash receipts

• Timely collection of Pharmavite' s customer chargebacks

• Researching, analyzing, root cause analysis, logistics aspects of customer shipments, and problem solving of customer deductions and disputes.

• Collaborates cross-functionally with field sales, customer service and warehouse personnel to resolve non-compliance issues resulting in invoice non-payment.

• Identifies opportunities to improve customer service and reduce operating expenses by illuminating inefficiencies in order processing and distribution methods; prepares presentations and reports to illustrate trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with competent operating knowledge of accounts receivable, collections and accounting principles. They are a go getter who enjoys working collaboratively and cross functionally with the broader organization in a fast paced environment.

• Drive to meet deadlines

• Initiative to be self motivated along with willingness to collaborate with other team members

• Excellent communication, problem solving skills and outstanding customer service orientation

• Familiarity with Deduction Management Accounts Receivable and retailer portals

• Ability to process high volume of activity

Capabilities & Skills Required

In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

• Associate degree or its equivalent in Accounting or Finance related field

• 2 -5 years of related accounting experience

• Competent knowledge of accounting theory and financial analysis

• Intermediate PC skills using Excel, MS Word and JD Edwards

• ARS (Accredited Receivables Specialist) Certification preferred

Annual Pay

Annual Pay Range

$66,113.00 - $99,118.00

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
