Analyst / Architect - Decatur, IL
This is an exempt level position.
The Economic Research Team is looking for a highly motivated Analyst/Architect to join the team. This key role within the research team will be to collect, store and develop data insights as well as craft visuals across all categories of ADM utilizing skills that would include: Web Design / IOS development / Power BI & SQL.
Work with Economic Research Team to use internal and external data sources to generate insights that drive and support organizational strategy and agility.
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of current and new resources
Analyze and interpret economic related data from internal and external data sources and work with the team to develop recommendations based on findings
Design and develop premier reports, dashboards, and visualizations across multiple platforms
Builds, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key Economic data sets and reports.
Work with external contractors to develop and grow existing data warehouse platform.
Utilizing ArcMap, build mapping documents for key business partners.
5+ years of relevant job experience required
Strong analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Experience with programming languages (C#, XCode, Python, SQL, Oracle, DB2)
Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner effective "storytelling"
General knowledge of ADM's business units
Ability to work in a quickly changing environment with tight deadlines
Construct a positive work environment through partnership & conflict resolution
Strong attention to detail
Extraordinary analytical and interpersonal skills
Project management experience a plus
