Analyst-Applications Intermediate Clinical
This position is for the Physician Optimization team in Clinical IS. You will be using your clinical knowledge and technical skills to help with workflow analysis and build work in the Cerner and Wellsky EMRs. Daily work will include project work, enhancements and support (maintenance and break/fix) in Cerner and Wellsky (Rehab).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs ongoing system support, administration, maintenance and upgrades of clinical applications.
Maintains up-to-date system test scripts and system documentation for assigned applications and functionality.
Conducts on-site workflow assessments and identifies best practice standards.
Analyzes, designs, and builds clinical applications to satisfy the needs of the user departments.
Maintains a high level of interaction with all clinical areas to continually enhance/improve patient care.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
3-5 years experience required.
Requires current license/certification or eligibility (e.g. RN).
Requires experience in a clinical discipline (e.g. Nursing).
Requires experience with clinical systems or experience implementing/supporting clinical systems.
