DUTIES: Collect data and develop models to determine trends; import, clean, transform, and manipulate data; analyze large data sets using SQL within Teradata, SQL Server, and Oracle databases; store data in AWS and Hadoop; write user queries using Query Fabric; track and update user issues in Jira; define and publish complex data products; perform data discovery efforts for systems and consolidate data into dX data foundry platforms to minimize data duplication; analyze unused objects for decommissioning; assist end users with data questions; support viewing and digital data objects; present results, recommendations, and business insights to broader senior leadership team; produce reports, graphs, summaries, and presentations that convey analytic results and align with business needs; research the root cause of data anomalies; perform downstream and upstream impact analysis on data object changes combine data from disparate data sources to complete analysis; define business intelligence requirements for projects and data requests; and create technical documentation for internal teams

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and two (2) years of experience analyzing large data sets using SQL; of which one (1) year includes analyzing data within Teradata, SQL Server, and Oracle databases; storing data in AWS and Hadoop; writing user queries using Query Fabric; and tracking and updating user issues in Jira.
