Job Summary:

Responsible for providing business performance analysis, reporting, and

forecasting. Also responsible for providing a variety of inventory data,

maintaining and updating inventory models and plans, providing follow

up and inventory shipment tracking from supplier to destination. Reports

inventory analysis to Senior Management in support of division business

objectives. Performs work with limited guidance and direction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, maintain, and or monitor inventory functional

operations and materials; at a division tactical level, be the project

lead/facilitator for assigned or related inventory programs.

  • Assist and support the regional and division supply chains/warehouses

with their inventory requirements; as appropriate coordinate with

Headquarters and regional warehouses, the shipment[s] of materials

from centralized

  • Analyzes and tracks key financial metrics and operational procedures

to foster process improvements.

  • Performs analysis of financial statement accounts and specific

projects, as directed.

  • Assists with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual financial


  • Participates with the preparation of month and year-end processes by

reviewing actual vs. budget/forecast variances, reviewing financial

trends, and making recommendations for accruals.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters

of significance.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work

nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Strong MS Excel & PPT skills

  • Oracle

  • Inventory purchasing & logistics

  • Potential travel involved 15 % travel involved 4 times a year

Job Specification:

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

  • Accounting, Finance

  • Certifications

  • Generally requires 2-5 years related experience

Description: The position will provide accounting and financial advisory support, and Information Technology Support to Aramark's Business Services center. Roles and responsibilities will include software administration, documenting, processing, data entry, and auditing associated with cash reconciliations. The Accounting Analyst will: * Ensure compliance with all SOX key controls. * Be responsible for the posting of ledger activity from the ReconNet system. * Ensure compliance with all SOX key controls associated with the ReconNet system. * Ensuring all field transmitted banking activity is loaded into the ReconNet system. * Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports used to track reconciliation issues, team progress, and financial risk to the company. * Be able to develop and maintain excel based reporting used to organize large data sets. * Aid in the performance of GL reviews. * Perform the monthly reconciliation of credit card master accounts * May also perform monthly reconciliations for Lockbox, Petty Cash and Gift Card accounts * May also train newly hired employees * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * 1+ year experience in bank reconciliations is required. * Experience with ReconNet software is a plus. * Strong technical and analytical skills. * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. (Vlookups/Pivot Tables) * Knowledge in Oracle Financial is a plus. * Must be a strong team player, highly motivated, and eager to learn. * Ability to deal with diverse groups and various levels of financial and operating personnel. * Associates degree or some college required with a Bachelors in accounting, finance or similar field preferred.
