Position Description
• This engineer will be Hands-on and will lead a team to deliver on High-Performance Power Management IC
• Responsibilities will include, owning circuit design, working with layout resources, holding design reviews, and communicating status with upper management also include top-level integration of various analog blocks
• Strong understanding of circuit fundamentals and the impact of PVT variation on design performance
Requirements
• The engineer must have a solid background in Analog Design with 6~10 years of experience
• Should have worked on Opamps, linear regulators(LDO), Charge Pump Circuits, Comparators, Oscillators, Bandgap circuits, Voltage & Current References, Low speed TX/RX IO Driver, Under Voltage/Over Voltage Protection circuits
• Good to have experience with PLL, DC-DC, Switching Converters(Buck/Boost), GHz Muxes, Redriver, Retimer and precision current sensing

This role supports the Pharmacy portfolio. The Design Program Manager is essential to ensuring that the Product Design team has the right people and processes in place to support agile release trains and project-based work. The DPM is a primary point of contact to multiple design teams: collaborating with design and product management leadership to build complete teams, understanding and negotiating overall priority of work for those teams, and supporting teams' agile transformation process. , with a healthy dose of flexibility By supporting the operational aspects of the design team, you enable designers to focus their time on designing product. * Facilitate prioritization and intake of new work to the agile design teams as well as support project requests projects into design team (including determining if projects require UX support, estimating UX resources, and identifying and assigning project resources) * Collaborate with design leadership to proactively manage team assignments and allocations as well as overall operational structure as the design organization scales. * Collaborate with UX Leads/Senior Managers and product management partners (PMs, product owners, scrum masters) to identify dependencies on design deliverables and expected timelines for that design work within each quarter. * Partner with product and business teams to ensure the design team is engaged appropriately on new projects * Attend release train syncs to identify changes in priority and delivery dates; facilitate continuous grooming activities to intake, map, and plan work for the design team, which is made up of several disciplines (UX, UI, content, research, accessibility). * Practice servant leadership, participating in retrospective or inspect and adapt sessions, solving problems, removing blockers, and otherwise protecting the designers' time and space to do their work well while collaborating with product, engineering, architecture and other teams. * Work with design leadership, operations, and team members to define and refine design and agile practices and processes, and coach teams on best practice in following the workflow and frameworks. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience leading program management efforts within enterprise scale organizations that have dedicated UX or design teams. 3+ years experience managing a project team and working effectively and efficiently in a high-matrix organization. 3+ years experience Skilled in stakeholder management, including leadership, product management, or user experience professionals including UX strategy/vision, creative directors, UX designers, product/visual designers, copywriters, front-end developers or accessibility. 3+ years experience with Agile/Scrum practices is required. Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing UX deliverables with lots of moving parts from start to finish. * Familiarity with common UX design, front end development, and accessibility tools and processes * Experience in medical or other highly regulated fields and agile development methodologies * Knowledge or certification in SAFe is a plus.
