Primary and Secondary Responsibilities:
Support USB-C/PD customers in evaluating, designing and launching to market products based on TIs USB-C and Power Delivery Solutions.
Creating Application notes, reference designs, monitoring and responding to E2E forum questions
Promoting TI products and providing appropriate technical solutions to customers to solve their design challenges
Providing technical support to customers, including schematic and layout reviews
Engaging with customers to help them define new products and uncover opportunities for future product development
On-site customer debug, support and promotion
Build, design, document and test EVMs for new components
Provide product recommendations, competitive positioning and analysis for customers
Develop methodologies to scale support
Provide & collect detailed feedback for roadmap and future device derivatives
Maintain the FAEs team knowledge of USB-C/PD in order to provide local timely support
Create training collateral for both internal and external audiences
Ability to build strong, trusting customer relationships
Must be able to deal with uncertainty and changing requirements
Highly driven, self-motivated, a strategic thinker, and possessing outstanding technical analog design skills
Team and People Skills:
This role requires building trust and working across org boundaries to ensure overall project needs are met. Must have very good teaming skills, good interpersonal skills, and a high degree of accountability and drive for success.
Projects and Deliverables:
Develop EVMs, application notes, schematics, market requirements, lessons learned, reference designs, block diagrams, marketing collateral, sample layout and placements.

The PSIL-PI business is one of the fastest growing analog mixed-signal businesses within TI. We are developing leading edge ICs used in some of the most game-changing consumer products on the market. This business is highly visible to TI's executive management due to the size and strategic importance of each opportunity.
A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of applications/systems experience
Have solid understanding of analog power fundamentals
Knowledge of PC power architectures and requirements
Microcontroller programming or firmware development experience
Experience with USB power and power muxing desirable
Knowledge of configuration management processes and tools like GIT, JIRA
