External Job Description
Position Specifics: This position will perform a variety of administrative HR related duties to support the Talent Acquisition team to include but not be limited to, managing background checks, creating letters, posting job announcements, and updating spreadsheets.
Candidate must have experience with Kenexa. Must have experience processing background checks.
Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and Outlook). Candidate must possess excellent communication and organization skills. Candidate must have demonstrated experience performing in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have had previous experience in a role requiring strong attention to detail.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong time-management skills. Candidate must have previous customer service experience.
Performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity. Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports.
In accordance with procedures, furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies. Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures.
High School and 4 years additional education or 4 years relevant experience.
