AML Program Oversight Analyst

Your role

Are you a financial services industry veteran who enjoys working in a diverse environment? Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving execution across large-scale programs?

We're looking for an AML Program Oversight Analyst within the US Wealth Management's Business AML Organization to:

• lead and support the implementation of a variety of projects and new business initiatives within the US Wealth Management Business
• support the program's short- and long-term strategy by driving adherence to program processes, procedures, and standards
• conduct analysis on client and product data to identify opportunities to improve our processes and enhance oversight; provide business requirements for technology enhancements
• leverage data-based insights to produce and present accurate, impactful AML Program updates to a variety of audiences including senior leadership across the organization
• support BSA/AML regulatory exams, issue management and client remediations
• manage Business AML governance forum to oversee the overall operational health of the BSA/AML program
• coordinate required process changes drive by regulatory or policy updates working in partnership with first and second line teams
• analyze, design and execute controls to mitigate identified or emerging AML/KYC risks
• assess the financial crime risk impact and establish proper controls within the US Wealth Management Business
• participate in the design, implementation and enhancement of technology and tools

Your expertise

• experience in wealth management and KYC/AML and/or a good understanding of operational processes in financial services
• self-starter able to work in a small team environment and coordinate with a large number of stakeholders.
• experience with digesting large data and analysis to identify and interpret key conclusions
• effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to tailor style to intended audience
• strong attention to detail
• strong technical skills with Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Visio or Tableau a plus
• highly organized with ability to track and complete deliverables on time across multiple, evolving business priorities
