AML Program Oversight Analyst

Your role

Are you a financial services industry veteran who enjoys working in a dynamic and diverse environment? We're looking for a Program Oversight Analyst to:

• lead and support the implementation of a variety of projects across the Business AML Office and participate in project work related to ongoing regulatory/exam issue management.
• support the WMUS AML Program's short and long-term strategy by driving adherence to program processes, procedures, and standards
• design and execute controls to manage identified or emerging risks
• work with first line and second line teams to coordinate needed process changes driven by regulatory or policy updates
• conduct analysis on client and product data to identify opportunities to improve our processes and enhance oversight
• leverage data-based insights to produce accurate, impactful meeting materials and stakeholder updates for presentation to a variety of audiences
• participate in the design, implementation and enhancement of technology and tools. Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications

Your expertise

• 5+ years' experience in wealth management and KYC/AML and/or a good understanding of operational processes in financial services
• bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• self-starter able to work in a small team environment and coordinate with a large number of stakeholders.
• experience with digesting large data and analysis to identify and interpret key conclusions
• effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to tailor style to intended audience
• excellent attention to detail
• strong technical skills with Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Visio or Tableau a plus
• highly organized with ability to track and complete deliverables on time across multiple, evolving business priorities
