The AML/KYC Cards Services Support Unit is an important component of Citi's Global Consumer Bank Know Your Customer (KYC) program in North America. This team is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of new customer and small business applications for NA Cards.
The AML/KYC Operations Execution team in North America Consumer and Commercial Cards is looking for UAT Analyst. The UAT Analyst will be responsible to execute test scripts, assist with data staging, and raise/troubleshoot defects as needed. This position will also write, review and revise test scripts for UAT. This position may be involved in defining and documenting project requirement for new initiatives as needed. This position will be flexible to also fulfill Ops Support Analyst responsibilities including but not limited to ensuring quality control and timeliness of CSSU processing for Bankcard and Citi Retail Services for North America Consumer and Commercial accounts.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Write and revise test cases and scripts based on requirements documents
Perform tests & retests; update QC Test Lab with the test scripts with appropriate test results, and verification of test results.
Log issues in the QC defect log and traceability update to the impacted test scripts in Test Lab for the defect.
Understand the requirements along with the UAT Test Lead and support the UAT Test Lead with HP QC requirement upload.
Participate in peer/quality review of test cases
Assist in data staging tasks for test execution
Ensure consistent communication of test execution status
Manage defect entry activities and work with development team to assist in defect resolution as needed
Report risks to UAT Coordinator/ UAT Test Lead for all gaps in UAT scope that may cause incorrect interpretation of UAT result.
Attend daily calls to address any data needs, test planning, and test execution
Assist with implementation of best practices and process improvements
Alternate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
oEnsure proper execution and consistency with meeting all AML and KYC governing policies related to Screening.
oIdentification of, tracking of and reporting of defects identified
oCommunication/Partnership with Analyst for issue resolution
oTraining of staff
The Testing Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Supports initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. Testing specialists who work with technology project managers, UAT professionals and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach.
Tests and analyzes a broad range of systems and applications to ensure they meet or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business and functional requirements to develop test plans, test cases and scripts.

AML Ops Business Analyst and/or AML Ops Support Analyst experience highly desirable
Knowledgeable of North America Consumer and Commercial Cards business preferred
Prior test experience on complex projects with multiple users is highly desirable
Working knowledge of Quality Center is desirable
Experience with creating, reviewing and executing test scripts
Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once in order to meet demanding deadlines
Must be able to follow projects that require very detailed analysis due to the impact to the business.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to see and take the next step in problem resolution
Knowledge of control points and identifying weaknesses in them
Proficient using collaboration tools and Microsoft office products including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

Testing Analyst experience
Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and how Quality Assurance methodology fits into the SDLC Knowledge of relevant operating systems, languages and database tools Knowledge of defect tracking systems and processes; including change management Knowledge of automated regression testing tools. Experience of testing trading platforms or similar software. Ability to work under pressure during tight dead lines
Requires methodical approach to testing and problem solving. Requires theoretical and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability in planning and operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive attitude, always seeking opportunities to add value
