Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Remote / Oshkosh, Wisconsin office as needed

Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of American Medical Imaging, LLC. This position is responsible for managing various operational functions, including invoicing, account payables, account receivables, inventory management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all operational activities.

• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service and product quality.

• Budgeting and Cost Management:

• Assist in developing and managing the operations budget, including forecasting expenses, monitoring variances, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

• Inventory Management:

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize excess, and ensure product availability.

• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Process Optimization and Efficiency:

• Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and implement best practices for increased efficiency.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and make data-driven improvements.

• Finance:

• Manage job, service contract and time & materials service call invoicing processes

• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of invoicing, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP)

• Logistics and Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee parts procurement, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and freight carriers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

• Health and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by enforcing health and safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a distribution or sales environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
