AmeriCorps Summer Enrichment Team Member

Team Members to serve as Summer Enrichment and Food Coordinators who are committed to serving and engaging with children in our summer program, Monday - Friday 8:30am-3:30pm; and provide assistance to Program coaches. Members will be based out of the Little Rock Dream Center or the Boys and Girls Club of Jefferson County, where they will provide a safe, fun environment where our children can develop social emotional skills, improve their grades (if needed), expand their minds, make core memories, and be provided a healthy snack and meal. Member Duties : Responsible for ensuring students participate in and contribute from summer sessions Documentation and record keeping of summer school sessions (if applicable) Interact & engage with those we serve, serve with and fellow team members Build trust and relationship with parents, children, team members, and community members to maximize the number of children served Creative in responding to challenges and take initiative to maximize the number of children served Take ownership of the Food Experience at the site Ensure food safety
