The Rebuilding Together national office is looking to hire a part-time 20hr/wk (900hr term) AmeriCorps Network Training Coordinator with a Fall 2024 start date.
The work of Rebuilding Together starts well before the project day. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact our national affiliate network through the development of virtual and in person education opportunities. As the AmeriCorps Network Training Coordinator, you will support the creation of a suite of affiliate-facing resources to train affiliates and volunteers on national office initiatives. This includes self-paced online courses, national webinars, and in-person regional and national trainings on topics including nonprofit management, community revitalization, volunteer management, diversity and inclusion, and many more. You may coordinate with affiliates to gather examples of current practices, collaborate with other national office teams to ensure stakeholder buy-in, and identify sources to support the creation of education content that can easily be shared and replicated throughout the affiliate network. In this position, you will support the project management processes of the national office, particularly in the lead up to the national conference, Summit held in December 2024. You may also travel in this position, as needed, to support the coordination and management of on-site logistics and education initiatives.
Again, this is a part-time position, which is ideal for candidates that have served a previous AmeriCorps term, are a part-time student, have a part-time job, retirees or candidates that have other life commitments preventing you from signing on full-time.
