The Americas Regional Senior Marketing Manager is a leader in the Keysight Global Marketing community who drives all regional marketing programs in support Americas Sales growth goals. Americas Marketing Organization (AMO) includes: United States, Canada, and Latin America. This person is responsible for leading the AMO marketing team through driving the right strategies and programs across direct and indirect channels to engage with all customers in the region. The overall responsibility is driving customer communication from acquisition through lead generation to support the overall regional sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of the Americas Marketing organization.

  • Create, drive, and implement a marketing plan to achieve growth in customer acquisition, customer interactions, and marketing lead generation with the overall goal of growing sales orders.

  • With AMO team, achieve marketing objectives which align with Global Marketing and Americas Sales Team's annual plan.

  • Responsible for all regional customer facing marketing programs.

  • Support direct sales channel with a dual approach in industry focused programs and broad territory and product line programs with clear measures of success.

  • Align strategies to support and measure strategic Keysight growth initiatives and regional specific priorities including NPIs.

  • Support indirect channel programs with strong focus on distribution including both Keysight events and co-marketing with distribution partners.

  • Manage all aspects of Americas marketing including customer event marketing, digital marketing, e-communications marketing, business intelligence, budgeting, market intelligence, lead qualification, and metrics.

  • Manage overall budget for Americas which creates the strongest ROI for Keysight. Balance the right mix based on digital vs. experience-based events as well as investments by channel and industry to drive overall growth targets.

  • Strong understanding of key marketing tools to support both execution of marketing programs as well as driving and tracking impact of marketing campaigns.

  • Strong partnership and strategic alignment with portfolio and corporate teams, ISTs, COEs, and Global Sales.

Job Qualifications

  • 10 + years of direct management experience leading cross functional marketing organizations in high tech markets.

  • Experience driving demand generation programs.

  • Experience managing a team of at least 20 individual contributors and managers.

  • Experience managing diverse teams with range of talents across multiple cultures.

  • Experience managing different marketing models.

  • Experience working with marketing and sales tools such as Eloqua and SFDC.

  • Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing programs that consistently meet/exceed

  • goals and sales impact targets.

  • Experience working in matrixed organizations where high levels of collaboration across business groups is required.

  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate, mentor, and support the marketing team.

Preferred location is Santa Rosa, CA, but will consider anywhere in the US

We are seeking a Director Marketing PSJH to lead this critical function for the Northern California Region, supporting all Providence services in Sonoma County, Napa County and Humboldt County. The director of marketing is responsible for leading the creation and implementation strategic and tactical marketing plans designed to achieve organizational business and strategic objectives. To do this, the director must understand the business as well as the consumer to drive development of effective marketing strategy and be adept at analyzing data to gain insights and drive action. In addition, this role is the trusted partner and liaison for operational and clinical leadership, as well as the overseer of campaign execution and multi-disciplinary team coordination. The director ensures campaigns are properly set up to measure results, as well as effectiveness, and must be excellent at communication to ensure the marketing team, partners and stakeholders all understand campaign purpose, results achieved and key learnings. The director participates in key strategic meetings and forums to ensure a constant and trusted presence for the marketing function and provides sound marketing counsel, advice and strategic input in support of operations. The director is accountable for ensuring the organization is in alignment with current brand guidelines; identifying, inventorying and proactively managing the multiple consumer messaging touch points; as well as working directly with creative services and other vendors to brief in and manage the development of necessary signage and appropriate collateral materials. The director works in close partnership with communication colleagues to coordinate and align messaging in the community as well as timing of campaigns and activities in market. In this position you will have the following responsibilities: * Oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategy and campaigns, including creation and execution of the annual marketing plan, management of campaign calendar and other marketing projects. * Work in partnership with strategy and business development teams to understand business and strategic priorities to ensure marketing plans and activities are well aligned. * Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team; develop and manage assigned marketing budgets; monitor costs of each campaign and ensure campaigns are implemented on time and on budget. * Manage marketing plan execution in market and collaboration with functional experts to execute campaigns. * Manage agencies, consultants, freelancers and other service suppliers, including contract negotiation and management. * Partner with research to understand the brand awareness/perception (A&P) in all markets served and takes appropriate action to improve or further these metrics. * Monitor market and industry to understand competitive and environmental landscape to make appropriate marketing strategy recommendations proactively. * Manage stakeholder relationships and proactively communicate marketing team's activities as well as campaign progress and results; provide quarterly reports of annual plan progress. * Perform other duties as assigned. Required qualifications for this position include: * Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication, business or related field or equivalent education/experience. * Seven (7) years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution.
