Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO) is an integral part of the Americas (AMR) Operations team. This organization is the "Voice of Retail in Operations," partnering directly with our Retail teams - both digital and physical stores. This high-profile role will provide a strategic vision for fulfillment enhancement and will manage a team that works closely with global stakeholders to deliver on capabilities that will improve our offerings and scale the operation.

The leader of Americas Retail Fulfillment Operations is responsible for driving process and systems improvements that will enable the maximization of sell-through, with a focus on the smooth flow and availability of goods across the supply chain. This individual will be accountable for creating an exceptional customer experience by ensuring that Apple products are fulfilled to our commitments.
As a key member of our management team, you will: Be the Retail advocate within Operations to represent Retail deliverables, business needs, and priorities. Provide flawless execution of Retail initiatives which improve convenience, speed, clarity, cost, and coverage for both Digital and Physical Stores.
Examples include fast online fulfillment, trade-in, and multi-channel programs such as immediate delivery, ship from store, and pickup from store. Define success criteria for the RFO roadmap, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting and metrics are established and measured. Own daily execution excellence and results for Apple's online store customers throughout the region.
Identify demand trends across consumer, digital business, and education. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive conversion in the e-Commerce space. Support the team in strategic benchmarking and develop proposals for future functionalities and enhancements, providing clear and efficient updates on progress to the executive team.
Lead seamless and effective communications with partners in the WorldWide RFO organization, fostering strong partnership and engagement between global and regional teams. Collaborate with business and technical teams to determine process and system requirements, identify dependencies, and deliver on capital and non-capital projects. Provide end-to-end general management insights and leadership to the cross-functional AMR Operations leadership team, as well as broad leadership of cross-functional projects across the region.
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI), Promotional, New Store Opening, and New Country Opening planning for digital and physical stores. Support overall strategic direction of the organization and develop a strong talent management philosophy for the team.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
