Description:

The Americas Channel Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for a segment of outbound marketing communications, content management, and eCommerce presence for distribution channel Field Marketing. This person will coordinate reporting of outbound programs, manage list and audience selection, and provide support of and aid analysis around demand generation programs. The role reports to the Americas Field Marketing Manager but will also support Channel Account Managers on our sales team in e-commerce and channel marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Act as eCommerce / web liaison for distributor marketing associates. Daily project based communication with Channel Account Managers and marketing personnel

Work with eCommerce Channel Account Manager to systematically analyze eCommerce presence across channels and track for improvement

Assist with larger channel partner / distributor web site content update projects as required. Ensure Fluke Networks products are displayed correctly and easily searchable

Maintain Amazon presence in the following ways:

Verify all key search terms on Amazon and update the visual management tracker spreadsheet on a weekly basis

Utilize standard work procedures for finding duplicate Amazon.com product pageso Lead Amazon Canada marketing plan; along with other secondary geographies as required

Use Fortive Business System (FBS) tools to manage the process for distributing product content to channels. Specifically, during new product introductions, ensure new content is pushed to all eCommerce platforms

Contribute to compelling messaging based on customer needs and solution unique selling points

Create and present program/event reports with analysis of program/event and lead generation success for peers and management

Work with marketing and sales teams to determine early performance indicators for channel initiatives and track/measure performance and return on initiatives

Responsibilities require:

Marketing experience (digital or channel preferred)

Knowledge of best practices for email design and copy

Working knowledge of Marketing Automation (i.e. Marketo, Eloqua) for lead handling from distributor activities and events

Experience with CRMs (Salesforce.com preferred)

Knowledge of SEO best practices

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, business or related field

1-3 years experience in marketing or marketing administration role

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice

Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media

Preferred Qualifications:

Amazon business experience (AMS, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Associates)

Commercial channels and distribution partner program experience

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Professional and articulate in written and verbal communication (English)

Ability to initiate and develop good working relationships, especially via telephone and email

Understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to our products on partner websites (PPC and SEO)

Familiar with lean best practices and continuous improvement culture

Consistently takes initiative to understand results and identify areas for improvement

Naturally curious and interested in uncovering ways to help customer

Responsibilities: ● Support strategy and execution around the buyers' journey and develop strategies for acquiring new customers and nurturing prospects that drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent utilizing the most appropriate mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics. ● Work with the design team to translate marketing objectives into creative concepts for product campaigns.
