Job Description
As the AMER Benefits Lead, Senior Director , you will play a critical role in shaping and managing our AMER organization's employee benefits programs and overall strategy. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure that our benefits offerings align with our company's values and objectives. Based in Dallas, you will work hand in hand with the Global Total Rewards Leader on high impact deliverables and you will be "the face" of AMER Benefits, facilitating and leading in person strategic discussions with our C-suite leadership, including our CEO, President, CFO, and CHRO.
While the primary focus of this role is AMER (U.S., Canada, and Latin America), this role will also be responsible for overseeing any global benefits, vendors, agreements, programs, etc. which extend beyond AMER to the larger Global AECOM team (ex. global brokerage agreement).
This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules (including a combination of both in-office presence and virtual/telecommute work) and will be based in Southlake, TX.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $200,000.00 - $260,000.00.
