This position will interface with internal and field management teams to lead the Business Information and Travel & Meetings teams with a focus on mentorship and supporting the development and implementation of process improvements. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Building collaborative and strategic teams equipped to develop best practices and processes while proposing initiatives that anticipate and reflect the changing needs of Applied Medical
Overseeing creation, analytics, calculations, and administration of complex commissions plans for field-based team members while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and continued evaluation to maintain alignment with organizational strategies
Managing operating expense and global revenue forecasting process while identifying opportunities for new efficiencies and reporting insights
Building, developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions
Working with highly sensitive information through the oversight of field team member salary and status change review processes
Researching corporate travel savings opportunities and presenting findings to senior management
Partnering with field teams, internal support teams and other cross-functional departments to ensure flawless planning and execution of sales and education meetings and travel management processes

Ability to travel periodically to meetings
4+ years of experience in sales operations/finance management role
4-year BA/BS degree or higher, preferably with a focus in Business Administration or Finance
Advanced Excel and Power BI experience, including knowledge to create and maintain dashboards
Experience with VBA, SQL programming, Crystal and other report writing tools
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and Excel
