The primary objective for the Concierge Fulfillment Associate is to provide necessary status updates and reports along with managing data entry from our customers to various Dun & Bradstreet systems and support teams along with other processes.
* Managing customer requests for basic company information updates
* Submitting and following up on corporate linkage requests
* Submitting and following up on financial statement requests
* Addition or request for removal of trade references
* Suits/Liens/Judgments/UCC filing removal or update requests
* World-class service-oriented individual
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* PC knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office required
* English language skills required – fluency in Spanish a plus
* Diligent, detail-oriented, maniacal focus on ensuring 100% resolution of issues
* Ability to suggest process improvements to create efficiencies for self or team
* Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Customer-facing service center experience strongly preferred
* High school diploma required
Team-oriented, flexible – must be able to interact successfully with team members as well as to be able to work independently when necessary

KLX Fulfillment is looking for a Warehouse Worker. Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock.<br />
<li>Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments and in preparing items for shipment.</li>
<li>Perform incoming and outgoing shipping activities that include stock, pack, and ship orders to ensure accuracy, and condition of shipments.</li>
<li>Execute inventory counts, and identify items in receiving and shipping department.</li>
<li>Move shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas.</li>
<li>Processing shipments in the office.</li>
<li>General operations duties.</li>
<li>Maintain positive working relationships.</li>
<li>Shipping experience preferred;</li>

FedEx Ground is hiring individuals to load and unload packages for shifts of approximately 2-4 hours in our fast-paced environment. Package Handlers are responsible for the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages of varying sizes and weights by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, placing packages, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling and etc. in a safe and efficient manner. Shifts may vary depending on package volume and business needs.
Package Handlers will receive a competitive hourly rate and are eligible for an attractive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday pay, parental leave and tuition assistance after completion of an eligibility period. Flexible schedules are offered at many of our locations and will be discussed during the hiring process.
