Job Description Job Description The Great Greek is looking for an experienced Shift Leader for Front of House and Back of House to support our Folly Road team This job contributes to success by assisting the store manager and kitchen manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job deploys partners and delegates tasks so that partners can create and maintain the The Great Greek experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: Supervise team of 10 employees. Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency. Train and assist employees as needed.

Follow direction from the Store Manager.
