In Room Dining | Enjoy an excellent dining experience with our inventive and internationally inspired menu in the comfort of your hotel room.

Responsibilities of Servers:

• Appropriate phone etiquette to answer IRD inquiries and orders.

• Maintain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings.

• Submit guest menu selections and present these food and beverage preferences to the guest.

• Maintains an awareness of food and product information, merchandise promotions, special offers and advertisements.

• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintains proper cash accountabilities at the POS system.

• Other duties include general preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.

• Communicates customer requests to co-workers and/or management in a prompt, efficient manner where needed.

• Cooperates and interacts with colleagues in a positive, respectful manner and with a team approach, offering to assist as needed in order to ensure customer service.

• Reports to work on time and as assigned per the schedule on a regular, consistent basis.

• IRD Servers also restock mini bars as needed throughout the hotel.

Qualifications & Requirements of Servers:

• A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

• Refined verbal communication skills.

• At least 1 years experience as a server preferred.

• Ability to anticipate and understand guests' needs, focus attention on service details and work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.

• Must be able to stand and exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length. This position requires delivering food and beverage requests to rooms throughout the hotel.

• Must be able to lift/push/pull moderate weight.

• Must have flexible shift availability as well as availability to work weekends and holidays, and must have AM availability.
