TEGNA is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist - TA Ops to provide transactional, informational and onboarding support to HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and in-house recruiters as it relates to talent acquisition operations.

Responsibilities:Handle a high volume of requests for job postings, offer letter/personal services contract creation, on-boarding and processing hires.

Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition process by creating offer letters/personal service contracts, initiating and monitoring background check process, initiating and monitoring the onboarding process, and facilitating moving the candidate into process hires and ultimately into the core HRIS/payroll system.

Ability to provide effective follow through with complete documentation from request to execution and through to final onboarding processes.

Effectively and professionally communicate with candidates, hiring managers and HR Business Partners, respond to concerns/questions, guide the offer letter/personal services contract creation, onboarding and final hiring process in a timely manner adhering to standard SLAs (expectations of turnaround time).

Utilize your interpersonal skills and extensive on-the-job training to provide professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and responsive customer service at all times.

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, timeliness and support within parameters of TEGNA's policies and procedures.

Stay current on TEGNA's programs and services through on-going training provided by TEGNA.

Update required databases to ensure accurate compliance reporting.

Assist with maintaining accurate informational documentation used by Team in the course of day to day workload.

Assist with integration of employees during an acquisition.

Ability to be flexible, adaptable and dependable in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.

Ability to multi-task using several applications at once with a focus on accuracy.

Exceptional client customer service with a focus on resolution, positive thinking and understanding of the audience you are speaking to.

Ability to respond positively and in an organized, methodical fashion to challenging work and deadlines.

Ability to work successfully at both a strategic and tactical level with HR Business Partners and senior management.

Strong critical thinking, problem identification and solving ability.

Extreme attention to detail.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with all forms of technology in a paper-free environment.

Ability to work with and as a team even under remote working conditions.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts (8 hours) and extended hours as necessary.

JOB TASKS: * Provide technical support and coordination for industrial chemistry/process operations during new product launches and restages, beginning with feasibility activities and ending with first production batch, using pilot equipment located at the plant site. * Conduct bench and pilot batch activities for new product, restages, and existing products to gain an understanding of the product properties and formula while trouble shooting problems that arise * Conduct activities that coordinate and support the "Right First Time" quality control program * Secure all formula information per L'Oreal's procedures * Observe "Good Manufacturing Practices" (GMP) * Adhere to L'Oreal's procedures in area of responsibility * Maintain appropriate records and complete necessary reports in a timely manner * Maintain a safe, clean work environment and implement L'Oreal environmental programs * Perform other duties as necessary or required * Able to organize and classify hazardous waste materials for proper disposal according to advice provided by regulatory affairs on line chemical classification database and in accordance with EPA, OSHA and DOT regulations.
