AM Culinary Supervisor - Hilton Garden Inn Burlington, VT

Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years culinary experience, a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience and banquet experience. As a culinary supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, interacting directly with guests, and ensuring that all brand standards and specifications are met. Additional responsibilities include inventory management and ordering food and supplies, banquet preparation and executions, leading and training AM Culinary team members. • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to brand standards and specifications

• Interact directly with guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Maintain knowledge of brand requirements and menu items

• Prep, clean, organize, and sanitize dishware and equipment and all areas of the restaurant and BOH space

• Prepare food for breakfast and luncheon banquet events.

• Maintain inventory and supplies with weekly ordering.

• Assist with end of month inventory process.

• Support, coach and lead AM culinary team, collaborate with PM culinary teams.

• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
