Coordinate administrative tasks relating to efficient support of alternative investments which includes but not limited to record retention, trade settlements, and asset servicing for alternative investments and limited partnerships. The candidate is expected to suggest improvements to processes and procedures, build cross department relationships and minimize corrections by working with accuracy and efficiency. This position allows for a great deal of functional independence to solve problems and effect change.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the settlement of alternative investment trades executed by the portfolio manager
Assist with limited partnership transactions
Coordinate online documentation accurately and efficiently
Assist in the preparation and sharing of information required for internal and external audits
Contribute to overall alternative investment growth and development
Perform other duties as assigned
