Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.

Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills.

Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

This is one of the most exciting roles at the company with significant executive team visibility and room for growth. This role will report into the VP of WW Strategic Alliances and will work cross-functionally with regional Alliances / Field Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams as part of leading our efforts with each of our Management Consulting partners globally. The Director will closely align with the Go To Market stakeholders to drive joint account planning with particular focus on driving transformative deals for Anaplan and aligning Anaplan to the transformational agenda that the Management Consulting Alliances are driving. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Create and execute go-to-market strategies, business plans and commercial models that enable these consultancies to "digitize" their IP on Anaplan's platform as a vehicle for multiplying and scaling client impact * Establish strong relationships and develop rapport with Partners and Sr. Partners within the "Big 3" * Leverage these relationships to evangelize the partnership and industry thought leadership as a vehicle for expanding the footprint across additional practice areas and industries * Drive Sourced ACV and Co-Sell ACV with these partners via collaboration with Anaplan's go to market teams. * Evolve and customize the GTM model for each alliance within each geographic market to drive velocity * Establish and track regional objectives and KPIs, and identify and execute creative initiatives to exceed those KPIs and accelerate the alliance * Establish and build similar partnerships from the ground up with other strategy consulting firms * Success is rapid growth and scale in joint client engagements, which will be measured by a) software ACV resulting from these alliances and b) footprint of solutions / practices powered by Anaplan * This is a critical role for the firm, and will be extremely fast paced. We need a strategic thinking, dynamic, business advisor who has the intellect, executive presence and personality to command senior executives internally and externally in order to accelerate progress and exceed business goals REQUIREMENTS * 10+ years total work experience with a proven track record that includes a) scaling innovative partnerships at high-growth SaaS companies and/or b) alumni of McKinsey, Bain, BCG, A.T. Kearney or Oliver Wyman * Highly proficient in navigating matrixed organizations to influence and gain traction with client teams * Ability to confidently and effectively interface and build rapport with the senior-most Partners at the "Big 3" * "Intrapreneurial", with a passion for taking initiatives from ideation to impact * Ability to serve as the "visionary" for these alliances, while remaining detail-oriented * Passion for fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable startup culture and environment * An unwavering "customer/partner-first" mentality * Demonstrated ability to work well within high performing teams, while also being able to make optimal decisions self-sufficiently, quickly and with limited information * Domain expertise or thought leadership within enterprise planning and performance management / integrated business planning (preferred) * Travel (25-50%) Do you align with Anaplan's Values?
