Reporting to the Director of Global Partner Programs, this position is responsible for assisting in the performance and success of Juniper's global partner programs. As the Partner Programs Associate Manager, this role will work on crucial projects and the overall project management to ensure this essential program is delivering profitability, growth, and operational simplicity our entire community requires.
Own and drive project management development related to the Juniper Partner Advantage Program
Assist in defining, launching, and perfecting a best-in-class partner program
Work with the channel marketing team to understand and enhance partner enablement programs, certification requirements, promotions and incentives which support the growth for our partner community
Aid in research and identifying competitive opportunities and gaps in the partner program
Support education to our partner organization on the value program and communicate feedback regarding how we can enhance our experience for partners
Help identify the operational gaps where we need cross-functional resources to create new tools, functionality or process
Work close with Channel Analyst to set and measure weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to insert partner programs related updates in all internal and external communication vehicles and touchpoints
3-5+ years of experience supporting partner marketing or partner programs including program management experience in a global and cross-functional role
Capacity to manage numerous projects/work streams simultaneously and drive them to successful completion, with a wide range of stakeholders and tight timelines.
Ability to conceptualize, define, and implement large scale projects/programs with limited oversight, cross-functional dependencies, and international implications.
Passionate about partners, possessing the drive to achieve results, and can assume increasing responsibility in evolving, global organization.
