Alliance & Channel Sales Director SAP Hybris Practice with 30%+ travel

Location: Anywhere in the US | Preference to Chicago or Dallas

The mission of the Alliance & Channel Director is to actively identify, recruit, enable and launch strategic partnerships, which will exponentially increase TA Digitals Omni-Channel market share. The Alliance Director will be fully responsible for developing and managing relationship to generate revenue through our direct sales team and surpass organizational quotas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strategic Hybris Alliances for TA Digital
  • Identify, develop and create relationships in support of new sales
  • Partner with our marketing team to drive our Brand Recognition through Targeted Marketing into our alliance channels
  • Qualify sourced leads and ensure seamless transition handoffs of qualified opportunities to the direct sales team
  • Drive and execute strategic account planning sessions with key partners
  • Build and uncover sourced pipeline through business development activities, account mapping, and whitespace initiatives working with partners
  • Event management related to event selection and decision if we should speak, own or host a booth or table
  • Drive ongoing process improvement of alliance-related business development processes
  • Maintain effective relationships internally - Marketing, Operations, Project Delivery Services and leadership - to align all stakeholder interests and drive activity


  • Minimum five years of experience of Channel and/or Alliance creation, development and management experience
  • Strong understanding of SAP Hybris and capabilities within the Omni-Channel ecosystem
  • You have developed Alliances for SAP Hybris and other ecosystems
  • Experience with enterprise service agreements
  • Excellent communication skills and experience preparing and delivering presentations to C-level executives and managing objections in real-time
  • You have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges
  • You pride yourself on your ability to engage with all kinds of people, building and leveraging relationships to create mutually beneficial value
  • You're an expert at multitasking and working with shifting priorities and uncertainty in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Development or similar disciplines with preference to
