Align9 VISTA CoOccurring Health and Wellness Resource Develo

To increase the capacity, reach and scale of Align9 Health and Wellness Services, Recovery Support Services and the launch of a Recovery Community Organization to support and sustain long-term recovery with improved health, wellness and quality of life; Build the capacity of Align9's Certified Peer Recovery Community through certification process with TDMHSA and/or NAADAC. Member Duties : 1. Update resource data base and implement improved health and wellness through coordination with collaborative community partners. 2.

Increase awareness, visability and volunteerism related to mental health and wellness, recovery support and recovery community organization through social media efforts.3. Develop and strengthen communication between recovery court graduates, 12 step participants, community members, RSS advisory council and National Alliance for Mental Illness participants to build stronger aftercare program.4. Research and develop areas where volunteers could be utilized in various programs and workstations and develop job descriptions.6.

Be able to provide an overview of all Align9 services and programs to increase visability and community support.7. Engage in monthly awareness campaigns and fundraising events within our service area.8. Keep records of daily activities and complete VISTA monthly report for VISTA supervisor.
