Meaningful work on Day 1

From day 1, you will be a key member of the digital team delivering new product and process innovations. Digital leaders at P&G are the essential players that help enable a touchless data flow vision and help drive Internet of Things (IoT), digital manufacturing, and future automation trends.

What will you do?

Digital Innovation Leaders use creative problem solving and database knowledge to create industrial software solutions that enable efficient production. We have plants all over the globe, and you will go places based on your skills and interests as well as our business need. We believe the following skills will help you be successful:

  • Integrate the Industrial Control Systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to provide process monitoring, reliability information and quality control.

  • Provide technical coaching and support to the manufacturing organization

  • Ensure that data being leveraged in the site is present, correct, and accessible for site applications

  • Data Acquisition and Transport:

  • API calls

  • SQL queries

  • Database knowledge

  • Data Manipulation:

  • Column-wise operations in Python / Excel / SQL / Knime / Javascript

  • Signal processing of time-series data

  • Data Visualization:

  • Major BI platforms: PowerBI, Tableau, Thingworx

  • Statistics:

  • Sampling, statistical significance

  • Experiment design

  • Data exploration, correlation vs. causation

  • IT Experience helpful:

  • Firewalls / networking

  • Troubleshooting

Job Qualifications

  • BS degree. Preferred: Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Systems & Decision Sciences. We may consider other related degrees if you have relevant work experience.

  • Strong leadership, business problem definition, and priority setting skills

  • An aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations
