Description:

The Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District has licensed openings for the 2024 summer school program located at Nicollet Middle School. The ALC grades K-2 in the summer program at Sky Oaks Elementary School and grades 3rd-5th at Nicollet Middle School. The calendar and schedule include the following:

Daily Schedule: Approximately 7:30 am

• 3:00 pm Monday through Friday

Calendar:

June 12 and 13 PD Days: Required PD days are 8:00 am

• 4:00 pm

Daily schedule: Approximately 7:30 am

• 3:00 pm

Week 1: June 17, 18, 20, 21 Bus Drop off Time: 7:30-7:45

Week 2: June 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 Breakfast: 7:30 - 8:00

Week 3: July 1, 2, 3 Lunch: 11:15 - 12:30

Week 4: July 8, 9, 10, 11 Bus Pick Up Time: 2:45

Week 5: July 15, 16, 17, 18 Student Class Schedule: 8:00 - 2:45

Week 6: July 22, 23, 24, 25

Week 7: July 29, 30, 31, August 1

Requirements:

HS Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in summer school programming

• Experience working with K-5 grade students

• Experience supervising students

• Fluent in Spanish and/or Somali

Rate of pay: Compensation per contract language

Compensation based on $17.50/hour for 30 days is approximately $4,025

• Summer hours are not guaranteed, and reductions may occur based upon enrollment.
