Summary

• The Rehabilitation Aide works under the supervision of Registered Nurse, Registered Physical Therapist, Registered Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist. Responsible for assisting therapist, including PTA and COTA in patient treatment, preparation of therapy area pre and post therapy, and transporting patients to and from clinic. This position is employed by Mosaic Life Care.

Duties

• Assists therapist with treatment.

• Prepares treatment areas.

• Transports patients to and from therapy.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.

• BLS - Basic Life Support within 90 Days. CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.

• Direct patient care is preferred.
