Job Description

Essential Duties:

• Install security CCTV cameras for all sites.

• Monitor security systems to ensure they are working properly.

• Respond to security breaches and false alarms in accordance with the alarm company's policy and the company's policy.

• Maintain equipment and make repairs as needed.

• Install new security systems or update existing systems as needed.

• Interpret alarm signals and respond to emergencies, such as fire alarms or burglary attempts.

• Conduct security audits to identify weaknesses in security systems or processes.

• Diagnose problems with equipment or systems to determine the cause of failure.

• Troubleshoot malfunctions in security equipment and systems.

• Provide technical support to various departments and clients.

• Carry out and develop certain projects with the Inventory Control team.

• Provide remote technical support during the installation.

• Complete mandatory weekly/monthly or as needed, safety trainings

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Traveling up to 50% of the time, including into Arizona and Canada

Qualifications

Experience:

2- 5 years of experience preferred.

Must have previous experience in Security Technology, recycling, and metal industry preferred. Must have excellent organizational skills and be detailed-oriented.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Prolonged periods of walking and standing.

• Must be able to lift, push and pull to 40 pounds at a time.

• Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches.
