Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive with successful truck brokerage sales experience to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving profitable sales and growing new accounts and revenue. You will work in an exciting, high energy environment with an open family vibe. Your Day-to-Day:

You will be responsible for the following areas (not limited to):

  • Managing your own customers and portfolio to maximize profitability.

  • Quoting and negotiating pricing and lanes directly with your customers.

  • Cold-calling and prospecting customers daily, with occasional face-to-face client visits.

  • Providing excellent customer service and timely communication and follow up to all customers.

  • Maintaining complete and accurate records of customer information and sales activity within our CRM (customer relationship management) system.

  • Innovating and providing creative options and solutions for your customers.

To be considered, candidates must have:

  • Incredible drive and persistence to achieve sales goals and increase revenue.

  • Ability to understand products and pricing patterns for truck brokerage.

  • Strong active listening and effective verbal & written communication skills.

  • Must be able to meet deadlines easily.

  • Computer literacy and advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of transportation or truck brokerage sales experience is a must.


  • Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently.

  • Proficiency in a second language, especially Spanish, is a plus.
